trik dan tips interview

1. What if you worked here for five years and is not promoted? Many of our employees are not getting it. Do you feel frustrated?
I consider myself a person ambitious, but I'm also a practical man. As long as I continue to learn and grow in my position, I will be happy. Each company promotes people at different levels, and I am quite confident that by working here will keep me motivated and stimulated for some years to come.
2. From your resume, it looks like you were fired twice. How do you feel will it?
After I recovered from the 'shock' the second time it will make me feel stronger. It is true that I was fired twice, but I also managed to bounce back both times. If this job gives me more responsibility, pay me more money, and I'm in better company. Then my spirit is very high here.

3. How many hours a week do you usually work, and why?
I used to work for hours at a time is quite long. With the addition of this time, I will try to find ways to 'add value' in every task I do. When a client read a report from the company, I want them to think that no one can do the job unless the company.
4. Is it more important to be lucky or skillful?
I think it's more important to be fortunate, despite being very skilled can help to create more opportunities.
5. When do you think you will reach the peak of your career?
I am a healthy, strong, mentally to always active, so I never thought about reaching the peak of my career. I think what is important is how knowledge is inside of me.
6. Do you consider yourself a leader?
Of course. I have all the qualities of leadership. I am an extrovert, but I can also be a great listener. I consider myself as one who has a great idea, but I can also be stubborn and practical when needed.
7. Can you explain what the job of your dreams?
This is my dream job and that is why I am here.
8. Do you prefer to get permission from your boss before doing a new project?
During my first week at work, I'll ask my boss how she would choose me to tackle the project. If he says he wants me to run the first idea, I will obey. I think the real challenge is being able to adapt to your work environment, and I am a flexible person.
9. Would you be willing to start with an entry-level position again?
Sometimes you need to take a step back to move your career forward. Beginning in the entry-level role will allow me to learn about your business from the ground up.
10. Whether a company needs workers B (second)? Or is it better just to have worker A (major) at the staff level, and why?
A: I believe that companies need both the worker A and B. When you throw a new business, you want A worker at the front lines. A worker But behind this, you need the B who could hammer out the details of the project and handed stick his day job to them. Having too many workers on the team A will lead to clashing egos and irregular.
