1. What if you worked here for five years and is not promoted? Many of our employees are not getting it. Do you feel frustrated?
I consider myself a person ambitious, but I'm also a practical man. As long as I continue to learn and grow in my position, I will be happy. Each company promotes people at different levels, and I am quite confident that by working here will keep me motivated and stimulated for some years to come.
2. From your resume, it looks like you were fired twice. How do you feel will it?
After I recovered from the 'shock' the second time it will make me feel stronger. It is true that I was fired twice, but I also managed to bounce back both times. If this job gives me more responsibility, pay me more money, and I'm in better company. Then my spirit is very high here.
3. How many hours a week do you usually work, and why?

A: I believe that companies need both the worker A and B. When you throw a new business, you want A worker at the front lines.
